	Valrhona Chuao
	Chocolate made with fine cocoa beans from the mythical village of Chuao in Venezuela. The village of Chuao is at the very end of the valley of Aragua in the north of Venezuela. After an interminable drive over barely usable roads you eventually reach the marvelous little port of Choroni from where you set sail for Chuao. The self-sufficient isolation of Chuao has enabled it to retain the traditions of its forefathers and for several centuries the village has been producing 15 to 20 tones of exceptional cocoa. The quality of the cocoa grown is due in part to the particularity of the soil and unique climatic conditions.
