To commemorate its fifth year of making chocolate, Scharffen Berger has produced a limited amount of a special blended chocolate, Porcelana, made from rare Venezuelan Porcelana beans, a pure subtype of Criollo. "The light pigment of these beans, as well as their flavor, characterized by delicate fruit notes and low, soft tannins and acids, makes them unique in the world of cacao."
