The stiff international competition for Carenero speaks volumes of its global reputation as prized cacao.
Earthy and toasty with a hint of spice. We took our Gran Saman chocolate and added just the right amount of extra cacao butter to enhance smoothness and fluidity without compromising flavor.
An interesting variation from European style fine chocolate, though some may find it lacking in smoothness.
